Orphanage.
Late night.
Outside the window, the wind and rain are raging, and thunder roars.
Under the blanket, Lily Davis shivers. After taking a bath and getting into bed, she discovers a strange man hiding under the covers!
A black pistol is pressed against her waist, forcing Lily to sit up straight, sitting on the man in an indescribable position.
The mans voice is hoarse and deep, with an irresistible tone: "Scream!"
Lilys mouth trembles, she wants to shout, but her voice is stuck in her throat and wont come out.
The only towel on her body is torn off, and even though she is in the dark, she blushes with shame.
The pistol pressed against her waist applies more pressure, the mans voice is cold and fierce, filled with a strong murderous intent: "If you dont want to die, scream louder, or Ill shoot you!"
Lily shudders in fear and finally screams.
Such a position, such a voice, its hard not to let ones imagination run wild.
A flash of lightning cuts through the night sky, illuminating the entire room. In the bright light, Lily sees dark figures moving by the window, watching everything in the room.
Lily feels her scalp tingle and her blood run backward.
A strong smell of blood comes from below, indicating that the man is seriously injured.
Someone is chasing him!
If he is exposed, she will also be killed.
Thinking of this, her voice rises a few more decibels...
"Boss, they found blood over there."
"Chase!"
The dark figures by the window quickly disappear, and soon everything returns to calm.
Lilys body goes limp, and she collapses, only to be caught in the mans arms.
Before she can react, the mans lips press against hers, conquering and plundering.
Lily feels her mouth filled with the taste of a stranger.
"Ive remembered your taste. Thanks, I will repay you in the future."
There is only one orphanage in River City, making it easy to find this woman.
The man gets out of bed, watches warily at the door, then opens it and disappears into the night...
The next morning, Lily is awakened by the roar of an excavator.
Looking out the window at the dozen or so ready-to-go excavators, she remembers that the orphanage is to be demolished today.
When she received a call from the director, she decided to stay for one night. Who knew this one night almost cost her her life.
The bedsheet and duvet are stained with blood, definitely unusable.
Lily balls up the duvet, preparing to put it into a trash bag when a silver metal USB flash drive lying on the bedsheet catches her eye, shining with an eerie light in the sunlight...
The Davis Family.
Just as Lily leaves the orphanage, she receives a call from the Davis family, asking her to return immediately.
She has no desire to go back to that cold and heartless home, but John Davis says its urgent, and she must go back.
Lily got lost at the age of three and was raised in an orphanage.
Half a month ago, her biological father, John Davis, found her and asked her to return to her familys roots.
Although she returned to her own home, with her mother deceased and facing her stepmother and half-sister, Lily can feel their rejection. Even her biological father doesnt seem to like her much.
Usually, she would rather stay in the school dormitory than return to the Davis home.
"Lily Davis, whats going on here?"
John Davis angrily throws a red booklet in front of Lily.
Looking at the marriage certificate thrown in front of her, Lily is confused and doesnt understand why John Davis is so angry?
